Narrations in suspense? The pictorial work of Bert Yuna voltage

Alexandre Eyries

Faced with contemporary painting, the viewer (or viewer) is faced with a wealth of experience and receiving practices to a host of aesthetic and philosophical questions and ethical questioning. Between the pictorial artwork and viewer is a silent dialogue that ties on the basis of a common sensibility and a vision of the world and things. It is also and above all a form of mirroring construction in which the work and men size each other up and consider: Addressed by the painter "the darkest of himself" to the "inner self" of it who looks after a subject (the unconscious), the subject (the unconscious) it is in him that stops in front of it. In this article, I will object to the pictorial work of Bert Yuna, a young contemporary Russian painter, particularly two sets of tables respectively entitled Girls and Men Talk Talk. First, I will focus on the specific form of communication operating between the viewer and the pictorial work Yuna Bert and, secondly, the incomplete stories, the outstanding narrations that his paintings offer us as much questions. In his pictorial works, it's all female or male protagonists that the viewer is forced to represent themselves, to whom he is summoned to give physical traits, invent an existence or activities.
