Formes interorganisationnelles et notions d’engagement, d’action, de participation : Perspectives théoriques et pratiques
본 논문은 제도적이고 참여적인 의사 소통의 실천들과 그 문제점에 관한 긴 연구의 일부이다. 이 프로젝트는 연구자들이 만연한 사회문제들 (환경책임 문화의 발전, 공공의 건강, 위생 문제 등등)의 해결책을 제시하는 데 일조하고 참여하는 것을 지향하고 있다. 이러한 작업들은 보통 사회의 여타 분야들 (조합들, ONG, 공권력, 기업 등등) 곁에 연구자나 연구팀의 참여로 특징지어 진다. 일반적인 틀 속에서 본 논문의 목표는 다음 세 가지다. 첫째, 상호조직적인 검증된 형태들이 어떻게 이 프로젝트의 행위와 동반하고 조직간의 경계들을 흔들어 놓는가를 보여주는 것이고, 둘째, 이론적 차원에서 독창적인 이 작업들이 경험적이고 사회적인 두께를 가지고 있으면서 기존의 선입견들에 의문을 제기하는 지를 보여주는 것이며, 셋째 이러한 상호조직적 형태들을 만들어내는 영역이, 연구자들로 하여금 전통적으로 문학 속에 산재해 있던 참여와 행동과 참가의 개념들을 연결지음으로써, 이론의 틀을 되돌아보도록 하는 것이다.
Inter organizational forms and concepts of commitment, action, participation : Theoretical Perspectives and Practices
This reflection is part of a research program in the long course devoted to the problems and practices of engaging and instituting communication. These projects are geared towards researchers contribution to solving societal problems (development of a culture of environmental responsibility, public health and disease prevention, etc.). These works are characterized by the commitment of researchers and research teams alongside other actors in society: associations, NGOs, governments, businesses, etc. Within this general framework, our product specifically designed to: (1) to show how qualified forms of inter organizational accompany the conduct of these projects and scrambling approach organizational boundaries, (2) to explain how the works , original theoretically that also have an empirical and societal thickness, question some assumptions, (3) identify how the field, namely that produce these interorganizational forms, queries the theoretical framework, including leading researchers to link the concepts of commitment, action and traditionally dispersed in literature participation.
